Problem

This project is a project of a company providing car pawn services. The problem with pawning cars at the office is that sometimes there are queues at the office which makes some consumers annoyed at having to wait a long time because the average consumer is a businessman and someone who has short time and is super busy.

Challenge

The biggest challenge in this project is ensuring that all the lending steps carried out in this application must be the same as the offline stage, apart from that, we still have to ensure that this application can run on point and that the design is made according to potential future users.

Solution

In this case the team places greater emphasis on interviews with potential users and office employees, where this is done so that the application can be right on target without skipping existing steps, and the solution we provide is to create a car pawn application which will be considered effective because it will shorten consumer time and without having to go to the official office. and make things easier for potential users

Approach

As the UI Designer and UI Motion Specialist, my focus was to bring the entire offline loan process into a seamless, intuitive digital experience—without losing any of the critical verification and operational steps.

I began by developing a scalable design system, ensuring every component—from input fields to status trackers—was reusable and consistent across flows. This helped maintain clarity across the multi-step lending process.

To replicate the offline experience, I mapped out the entire loan journey and translated it into a step-by-step UI flow. Every screen was designed with clarity and hierarchy in mind, helping users stay focused and avoid friction—even during longer form submissions or document uploads.

I integrated UI motion and micro-interactions to give visual feedback at each important stage—like loan progress, approval notifications, and status updates—improving user confidence and reducing anxiety during a typically bureaucratic process.

Accessibility, responsiveness, and clarity were the core pillars throughout the design process, keeping the app usable for busy professionals who need quick, reliable digital interactions.

Outcomes

The app successfully translated the offline loan experience into a clear, guided digital journey.

Queue issues were drastically reduced, as more users began preferring the online process over walk-ins.

UI motion helped reinforce feedback and action confirmation, improving user trust and engagement.

The app now serves as a digital showcase project for Bamburai Studio, demonstrating not just aesthetic quality, but strategic UI thinking aligned with business goals.

Stakeholders praised the clarity, efficiency, and user-first approach that directly addressed pain points in the traditional loan process.
